Rahmel Burton
Founder and Administrator of TYL Non-Profit
I am originally from Bishopville, SC, however I spent my teenage years in Elgin, SC where I became an alumni of Lugoff Elgin H.S. in the class of 2017. I played collegiate football at Limestone University for one year before joining the U.S. Air Force Reserves. I possess an A.S. Degree in Logistics, a B.S. Degree in Health Administration, and a M.S in Health Administration from The Medical University of South Carolina. Professionally, I specialize in Health Consultancy and Strategic Advisory.
What does TYL mean to me?
TYL means redefining the narrative, cultivating ambition, and impacting youth in a major way. Personally, it’s a blessing to be around a group of young individuals with the sound mission of embarking change and creating opportunities we did not have a youth. I’ve always wanted to orchestrate and shine God’s light of good service, honor, and foresight for generations to come through myself. TYL allows me to do that in a much greater scope.
